Refund Policy
Learn more about the University Health Services refund policy for the College Counseling Conference.
- Full refund (minus a $10 administrative fee) for written cancellation requests received on or before Friday, April 17, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Central Time).
- 50% refund for written cancellation requests received Saturday, April 18 – Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (11:59 p.m. Central Time).
- No refunds for requests received after May 6, 2026, or for no‑shows.
- Refunds are returned to the original form of payment and typically process within 10–14 business days after approval.
- Participant substitutions are allowed at no charge through Sunday, May 11, 2026, with written notice from the original registrant or the sponsoring organization.
- Substitutes must meet all participation requirements to receive CEU credit.
- Registrations are not transferable to future offerings of this or other events unless the event is postponed by the organizer.
- The conference is delivered online. Participants are responsible for ensuring reliable internet, compatible device, and platform access.
- Technology issues on the attendee side are not grounds for a refund. If the university platform experiences a documented outage that prevents delivery, appropriate remedies (including refunds) will be offered.
- The university reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule.
- If the event is canceled by the university, registrants will receive a full refund. If postponed, registrants may choose a full refund or transfer to the new dates.
- Submit written requests to uhsconference@tamu.edu using the subject line “Refund Request – [Attendee Name]” or “Substitution – [Original Attendee Name] → [New Attendee Name].”
