Presenter Information
Presenter Registration
While the conference registration fee is waived for all presenters, registration is still required. A discount code will be provided to selected presenters once registration opens.
Required Materials
Deadline: All materials must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the conference.
Continuing Education Credit Requirements
To offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs), selected presenters must complete the following requirements in coordination with the Texas A&M University Continuing and Professional Education (CPED) office:
- Education Documentation Form
- Enter each learning objective separately
- Time frames for each objective must total the full session length (e.g., 90 or 180 minutes)
- For the assessment section, enter: "Qualtrics evaluation provided by conference planning committee"
- Biographical Data Form
- Upload a current CV or resume with this form
- Vested Interest Form
- For "Activity Title," list your specific session title
Additional Required Materials
- Full presentation slides or summary
- Attendee version of presentation (in an accessible PDF format)
