Eligibility

Future Students

Incoming Texas A&M students are eligible to utilize the student health center one week before classes start. All incoming students, including international students, can also visit the student health center during their new student conference to receive services needed for enrollment to the university (i.e., to fulfill requirements for a hold on the student’s account, immunization requirements, TB screening, etc.) or to receive recommended immunizations.

Current Students

All currently enrolled Texas A&M University students are eligible to be seen at University Health Services once they have paid the Student Health Center fee and the University Advancement Fee for the appropriate semester.

Students who are not yet affiliated with Texas A&M University are not eligible to receive medical care at University Health Services. This includes: Blinn students, RELLIS campus students, and non-College Station based Texas A&M University System students (i.e., Corpus Christi, Kingsville, West Texas A&M, etc.).

If you are a non-College Station based Texas A&M University System student taking classes in College Station and need to find a local provider, please contact Patient Services at (979) 458-8310 for assistance.

Summer Session
During the summer, students who were enrolled in spring, and are registered for the fall semester, may utilize University Health Services once they have paid the bridge fee for the current summer session.

If you meet this criteria and are seeking counseling and mental health care, please fill out the Summer Services Request Form. For questions related to summer eligibility, please contact 979.458.4584.

Former Students

Graduating students, or those not returning, may utilize University Health Services until the Friday before the next session.

Once graduated, students have until the week before the following session to be seen.
