Biography
As a counselor, I want to create an environment where every Aggie feels welcomed, wanted, and comfortable exploring the challenges of college. I enjoy walking alongside students and helping them discover they can overcome whatever difficult circumstances life has placed in front of them. While I am a generalist and comfortable working with everyone, I have a clinical interest in working with students who are struggling with substance use, spirituality, identity development, and relationship concerns. Clinically, I draw from solution-focused and reality therapies, weaving in elements of Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.Education and Training
