Biography

I am passionate about connecting with Aggies and working with them to find meaning and make progress towards their personal and professional goals. I approach my work from a psychodynamic perspective, meaning that I focus on identifying, understanding, and resolving the underlying causes of distress. I aim to provide a space that is conducive to exploration, reflection, and self-understanding. My areas of specialty are anxiety disorders, OCD, relational issues, personality concerns, trauma, and identity development.
