Biography
I am a generalist whose professional interests include interpersonal functioning, therapeutic writing, spirituality, and wellness. In my work, I strive to foster self-compassion, recognition and use of strengths and values to navigate challenges and successes, and the development of healthy relationships with oneself and others. I utilize an integrative approach with emphases on culturally sensitive cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and psychodynamic perspectives.
