Biography
I strongly believe that people have the capacity to grow, change, and adapt—once they are ready to do so. I am solution-focused and love finding creative answers for challenges and problems. I take a holistic approach, considering often overlooked root causes for mental health issues, along with brain and body-based therapies to help people get “unstuck”. While I have many clinical interests and am comfortable working with a diverse client population, ultimately, my goal is always the same: to help facilitate positive change for those who are seeking to improve their lives and reach their greatest potential.
