Fuel to Thrive is a 6-lesson nutrition education curriculum aimed to equip college students with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. Topics include healthy eating, effective meal planning and budgeting, physical activity, food safety, and basic cooking skills. The objective is to empower students to adopt sustainable, balanced lifestyles by providing practical tools for managing nutrition and overall wellness.

Lesson 1: MyPlate, My Goals
