Pharmacy Online Ordering
The University Health Services Pharmacy is able to provide over-the-counter products for clinic pick-up, curbside pick-up or mail order. Please utilize the below order form to choose your medications. Fulfillment of orders is subject to product availability. A Pharmacy staff member will contact you to notify you when your order is ready via text, phone call, or email. If any changes to your order need to be made due to product availability, a Pharmacy staff member will contact you.
If you choose the shipping option, please note that a minimal charge will be applied to your total (approximately $5). The Pharmacy will confirm your total due and outline your payment options when you pick up your order or when you are given a total for mailing. Please wait to pay until then.
