Approach to Therapy and Professional Interests

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that clients are the experts of their lives and have the capacity for change. I draw from person-centered, psychodynamic, and solution-focused interventions to help clients resolve internal and external conflicts and develop healthy coping mechanisms. My professional interests include trauma, eating issues, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.

Personal Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, embroidering, and playing with my dog.
