Sana Flynn, PhD
Biography
I’m passionate about helping college students because I enjoy supporting people through major life transitions, which tend to cause stress but also create opportunities for growth. My approach to therapy is person-centered and narrative. I assist students in gaining self-awareness around their values and goals and support them as they move towards those things. I enjoy working with everyone, and am especially knowledgeable about anxiety, traumatic stress, dissociation, identity development, internalized isms, and relational difficulties.
