Biography
Mental health is an essential part of your overall well-being, especially during the demands and transitions of college life. I approach therapy as a collaborative and supportive process, recognizing that you are the expert on your own experiences. My role is to work alongside you to help you better understand what you are facing, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling college experience. I have experience working with college students across a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, disordered eating, trauma, identity and multicultural issues, relationship and family stress, and life transitions. I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space where students feel supported, understood, and empowered, and I am committed to providing care that respects and honors diverse identities and experiences.
