Biography
I am a doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Springfield College. I focus on building collaborative, trust-based relationships with students to help them achieve their goals. I prioritize creating a space where students feel seen and heard, using a person-centered approach. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral elements to help students develop skills to explore, reflect, process, and manage their mental health. I have worked in college counseling centers nationwide and I have expertise in athlete mental health and performance. My interests include first generation students, relationship dynamics, social justice and diversity issues, substance use, anxiety, identity development, and Veterans.
