Nick Russell, MEd
Biography
College is an amazing period of growth and discovery and for some, this experience can bring about various challenges that may be difficult to navigate alone. Through a strengths based approach, I focus on partnering with students to help them identify and improve skills to support them achieve desired change. Therapy is not one size fits all, and I enjoy working with all students to utilize their individuality in the growth process.
I take a holistic approach incorporating person-centered and solution focused theories to work with students on issues such as academic distress, phase of life concerns, and relationships issues.
