Biography
I believe that student mental health and wellbeing is best supported by a community that cares for all of its students. As a first-generation college student, I am honored to be part of a team dedicated to supporting student success. In my work, I strive to listen deeply, to see people fully, and to create welcoming, inclusive spaces and relationships that support healing and wellbeing. My areas of interest include: wellbeing, biopsychology, meditation, identity development, intersectionality, personal/historical/intergenerational trauma, EMDR, leadership, and program development/management. I incorporate systems, multicultural, psychodynamic, and continuous improvement theories and values into my work.
