Biography
When I arrived at Texas A&M, I could tell there was something special about the community and Aggie Core Values. I’m honored to join Aggie students as they transition through college and challenge themselves to grow and invite wellness into their lives. I strive to provide an inviting environment for students to be vulnerable and courageous as they process potential barriers that may impede their wellbeing. I have an integrative approach, leaning on Relational Cultural Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with a broad range of presenting concerns, including self-worth issues, depression, anxiety, career exploration and relationship concerns.
