Biography
I embrace a collaborative approach where I believe in providing a safe environment for my clients and creating an atmosphere to facilitate self-motivation, self-evaluations, and provide opportunities for clients to move into pursuing their own professional and personal growth. So, as an Aggie, whether you are facing challenges in your academics, career, relationships, or overall well-being, I am here to support you. My therapeutic approach is based on an integrative, systemic method focused on person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, academic distress, self-esteem issues, relationship issues and international student concerns.
