Biography

I am currently finishing my PhD in Counseling Psychology at Indiana University, completing my doctoral internship year at Texas A&M University. I believe college is a pivotal time in our lives where we learn about ourselves and grow through the high and lows. My approach to counseling is to provide clients a space to experience these highs and lows without judgment while highlighting their inherent strengths and capabilities. I enjoy helping all students and have specialized training with athletes or other performers looking to enhance their performance with mental skills training.
