Biography

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with extensive experience supporting students' mental health and well-being. With a background in both EC-12 education/counseling and private practice counseling, I specialize in social-emotional learning, relationship dynamics, and navigating life transitions. Passionate about fostering resilience and self-awareness, I take a compassionate, student-centered approach to counseling. I often utilize dialectical behavior therapy skills, strong therapeutic relationships, and compassion to support students and help them achieve their goals in education, life, and relationships.
