Biography
“The quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our relationships.” – Esther Perel, LMFT
I practice from a systemic lens, incorporating techniques from Gottman method therapy, Emotionally Focused couples therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I work to help my clients understand how our past relationships have shaped us and see if we can create more adaptive patterns of relating together.
I strive to be authentic and empathic, yet firm in my observations and suggestions. I am not afraid of big emotions or high conflict, as they are integral to the therapeutic process.
