Biography
As a counselor, I create a safe space for Aggies to explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to help clients understand themselves better and address mental health concerns like depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I use evidence-based practices to tailor to individual needs to empower individuals to improve their well-being.
